About the Service
The River Poker Club ('the Service') is a web application for managing private home poker club games, including cash games and tournaments. It provides tools for tracking buy-ins, results, leaderboards, and settlement calculations.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Age Requirement
You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age to participate in poker games where you are located.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe the user is underage.
Token Purchases
Tokens are the in-app currency used to create games. Token purchases, once completed, are non-refundable. All purchases are final.
Token pricing and availability may change. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes to the token system.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling. The Service is intended for use in private, social home games only.
You must not: misuse the invite system to access clubs without permission; attempt to manipulate game records dishonestly; use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for abuse of the Service, violation of these terms, or any other conduct we deem harmful.
You may delete your own account at any time from within the app settings.
Service As-Is
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the Service.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software comprising the Service is owned by or licensed to The River Poker Club. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice within the app or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
